South Africa unveiled a $1.9 billion plan to establish their cannabis industry, which undoubtedly will begin to spark international commerce over the coming years. The idea is to create 25,000 new jobs and attract foreign investment. After two years, the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development worked on a strategy to implement a national strategy to industrialize the trade. After studying places like the US, Mexico, Canada and China, they finally unveiled their master plan.
